Helping out others is something that residents of The Waters of Excelsior in Excelsior, Minnesota, really enjoy doing, and they had a great time at the food packing event they did at the senior living community on July 12.
KSTP TV was there as 23 residents and 4 team members packed 3,672 meals in just an hour and a half. They also raised nearly $400 for Many Hands Many Meals, the Excelsior-based nonprofit that brought the food packing event to the community.
The food will be send to children in Sierra Leone in West Africa.
