Congratulations to Hudda Ibrahim, the co-founder and CEO of Filsan Talent Partners. She is being honored as one of the 2023 Junior Chamber International (JCI) USA Ten Outstanding Young Americans. Prior to her ‘Ten Outstanding Young Americans’ award, she was also named a ‘Top Outstanding Young Minnesotan’ by JCI Minnesota.
   Winners are chosen based on their achievement or contribution in several areas, including leadership in academics, culture, business, economics/entrepreneurship and medical innovation. The award ceremony took place on September 7, 2023, in Plymouth, Minnesota.

   JCI isn’t the only national organization providing accolades for Ibrahim. She is also the recipient of the prestigious Bush Foundation Fellowship (2019) and the Initiative Fellowship from the Great Minnesota Initiative Foundation (2017). Recently, she has begun serving on the Executive Committee of Mayor Dave Kleis’ ‘Mayor’s Task Force on Downtown St. Cloud’.
   Since 2022, Ibrahim has been on the Board of the Central Minnesota Community Foundation and is leading the organization’s dialogue around racial equity. Ibrahim is also an author. Her books include “From Somalia to Snow,” as well as the children’s books, “What Color is My Hijab?”, “Lula Wants to Wear A Badge” and “Imrah’s First 100 Words.”
